Scrub Return Policy

Scrubs Return Policy | Fabric by the Yard Return Policy


Sassy Scrubs are fully guaranteed.

We will accept our items for refund if they are returned to us in an unworn, unwashed and unaltered state within 21 days of our shipping date. Since all our items are produced to our customers' exact specifications and are all custom-made individually, all returns for which a refund is requested will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, and no exchanges are possible. Of course, any returns for flaws in materials or manufacture will be cheerfully refunded at full cost, repaired and returned at no cost, or replaced, at our discretion.

There are a few exceptions to the above return policy:

  1. Orders with 12 pieces or more are not subject to refund and will be accepted for replacement due to error in manufacture or flaw in materials only. Returns of any part of orders of 12 pieces or more will not be accepted due to size errors or a change of mind over fabrics ordered, so please be certain of sizes ordered. A fabric swatch may be requested prior to order when it is anticipated that 12 or more pieces will be ordered.
  2. Holiday scrubs will not be accepted for refund or replacement for any reason less than 7 days prior to the holiday nor after the holiday.
  3. For health reasons our Sassy Surgical Caps and Bouffant Surgical Caps will not be accepted for exchange or refund due to the sanitary nature of these products.
  4. Items which have been altered by the customer or by Sassy Scrubs at the customer's request, will not be accepted for return or refund.
  5. Items which have included special requests at the time of order, beyond the options available on our order page, will not be accepted for return or refund.
  6. Items returned to us for a refund, without prior permission, after 21 days of shipment to the customer, or which have been laundered, may be donated to a local charity with no refund issued to the customer.

We request our customers refer to our Scrub Size Chart before ordering.

Items returned which are too large will be altered to fit as a first choice, for the cost of return shipping, and returned to our customer.

Please contact us first to get return authorization before sending any order back.

We will need your name, original order number and reason for return in order to issue a return authorization.

We will give you return instructions by return email. Please plan to include your packing list (which includes your name, address and order number) with your return.

Shipping charges, handling charges or rush fees are not refunded.

Sassy Scrubs offers samples of all of our "Fabric by the Yard" fabrics. View here to request a swatch of any fabric. Please note that our fabric photos are displayed as accurately as possible. However, since display of fabric colors can vary from one computer monitor to another, if an exact fabric color match is important to your project, we recommend you order a fabric swatch before purchasing our fabric. Sassy Scrubs cannot accept return of fabrics due to a poor color match to your project.

Sassy Scrubs guarantees all of our fabrics to be free from defects. We will also gladly accept a return of any fabric ordered in one length of 5 yards or more. Unflawed fabric accepted for return will be refunded at half the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees, including the return shipping fees, will not be refunded unless the reason for return was a manufacturer's flaw. Returns of fabric ordered in lengths of 1-4 yards will be accepted due to a manufacturer's flaw only. The following return guidelines must be followed to allow for a refund:

  1. Contact us with your order number, name, and reason for return. Each return must be accompanied by our return approval.
  2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  3. Fabric must be in original condition and must not have been exposed to smoke or pets. Fabric containing cooking odors, smoke odors, or pet hair will be donated to charity and a refund will not be issued.
  4. Return requests must be received within 10 days of customer receipt of fabric. Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
  5. Fabric which has been cut or laundered cannot be accepted for return. Fabric must be returned in the exact condition and length in which it was ordered.
