Instructions - PLEASE READ

Since we will be custom making your garments just for you, we strongly suggest you check your measurements as indicated to provide the best fit. We provide you with the actual circumference measurement of the garment.  All measurements are in inches.

For best results, take an article of your clothing that fits the way you want, lay it flat, measure the distance (chest for tops or hips for pants) from side to side and double that number. For example, a scrub top which measures 22.5 inches across at the chest (under the arms) would be a 45 by our chart, or a size Small. These measurements are unisex and should work equally well for both men and women.

Long Sleeve Option measurements are approximate and are measured from the shoulder to the wrist, exclusive of the knit cuff. Measure your arm from the shoulder to the wrist (not from the underarm to the wrist) to compare to our size chart below. When ordering, you can choose to have your Long Sleeves cut as standard, petite (-2'') or tall (+2'').
