Payment, Coupons, and Gift Certificates

You can order in many different ways.

We accept credit card payment in the form of Discover, MasterCard and Visa through our secure site, or you can choose to fax your credit card information to us by printing out your order (option available upon checkout) and faxing it to us at 315-531-8017.

You can also order with a check or Money Order by sending a copy of your order and payment to:

We reserve the right to hold all orders funded with a personal check and money order until the funds have cleared our bank.

Your credit card verification number (CCV) is a unique 3-digit number printed on the reverse side of your credit card.

This number acts as an additional security measure by verifying that the card is with you during purchase. Your CCV number, as well as your credit card number, is not stored in any of our systems and is only used to protect you from online fraud. As a result, you will have to enter it every time you purchase from our site even if your other account information is securely stored with Sassy Scrubs.

As you complete your order using our shopping cart, you'll be asked for your name, address and credit card number. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the leading data encryption technology on the Internet, to send this information in an encrypted code for authorization. In addition, your credit card information is never stored on our server. (

Never e-mail your credit card information as this is not a secure means of data communication.

Enter a promotional coupon code in the corresponding field of the Shopping Cart page and your deduction will be automatically deducted from your order when applied.

You may only apply one coupon code per order and coupons can not be used in conjunction with Gift Certificates.

Refer to the specifics of each individual coupon for details. For example, coupons are not valid when purchasing a Gift Certificate and minimum purchase amounts may be required. Taxes and shipping charges do not apply toward the minimum order value associated with our coupon codes.

You can purchase Sassy Scrubs Gift Certificates online. Simply click on the Gift Certificates link on top of every page.

One can also redeem Sassy Scrubs Gift Certificates online. To redeem a certificate online, enter the Gift Certificate code in the appropriate field on the Shopping Cart page and complete your order. The cart will automatically deduct the value of the Gift Certificate from your order.

Any remaining balance on the order will need to be paid by credit card.

Any unused balance of your Sassy Scrubs Gift Certificate will be applied to your original Gift Certificate code.

Sassy Scrubs Gift Certificates should be used within 6 months of the issue date.

Within the shopping cart, enter your Gift Certificate code and apply it to the cart... Your Gift Certificate total will be indicated.
